This is a pattern, not a finished beanie!
Inspired by the Rocky Mountains, the Peak to Peak Beanie features mountain ridges created by purl stitches and "snowballs" from simple wrapped bobbles.
This pattern uses super bulky yarn and has two options: one-color and two-color. While both feature knits, purls, simple wrapped bobbles, and mock cables, the one-color option is the easier of the two. The two-color option requires colorwork, catching your floats, and good tension.
Both options come in two sizes: teen/small adult (large adult). Head sizes vary greatly, measure the hat recipient's head and choose size by circumference rather than age. Teen/small adult (approx head circumference 20-22") and large adult (approx head circumference 22"+).
