This is a pattern, not a finished cowl!
 
Inspired by the Rocky Mountains, the Peak to Peak Cowl features mountain ridges created by purl stitches and "snowballs" from simple wrapped bobbles.
 
This pattern uses super bulky yarn and has two options: one-color and two-color. While both feature knits, purls, simple wrapped bobbles, and mock cables, the one-color option is the easier of the two. The two-color option requires colorwork, catching your floats, and good tension.
 
Yarn: Super bulky yarn
One-color: Approx 120-140 yards
Two-color: Approx 90-110 yards (main color)& approx 25-45 yards (contrasting color)

16” circular and/or DPN needles US Size 11/ 8mm
16” circular and/or DPN needles US Size 13/ 9mm
